Eliot has spent the past decade on set as a creative freelancer in varied roles, including as a lighting director and digitech. Eliot has learned to apply these technical applications, and the professional dynamics of large-scale productions, to help create seamless productions and happy sets that finish shot lists on time and under budget. He believes in fostering sets of inclusiveness for collaborating in a positive and safe environment with all team members.
